A Team from Norsaac and the Power to Youth Ghana program in Ghana participated in the 4th African Youth SDGs Summit at the UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
As part of the summit, the team had a panel discussion on the topic: Unlearning toxic narratives on the path to justice: the Power to You(th) perspective. It is the hope that this will continue to contribute to enhancing meaningful youth participation in decision making spaces and sustainable development.
The Power to You(th) programme is a youth-led and youth-centered programme which focuses on contributing to the elimination of harmful practices among other negative stereotypes through youth-led advocacies with state institutions and the community. It also envisions youth at the center and part of decision making processes.
