Norsaac prioritize the continuous capacity enhancement of CSOs in Ghana to deepen the civic space. The organization with its globally recognized systems reduces donor risk in working with small organizations with challenging systems. By this, Norsaac absorb the risk on behalf of donors, whiles working with local organizations to strengthen their systems.
Norsaac also prioritze resourcing youth-led ideas as part of its principles of Meaningful Youth Inclusion and engagements. The Youth Initiative Small Grants (YISG) is an annual grant making scheme tailored towards the financial and technical resourcing of youth-led ideas.
