The Innovative Sexual Education Project (ISEP) will help address issues of sexuality among the youth aged 10-25. ISEP aims for the majority of the youth to understand and embrace their sexuality and making positive choices that will help build the northern region. The project especially emphasizes on making young females understand and act upon the issues that confront women in society.
The idea behind ISEP arose with basis in the experiences from the Community Based Sexual Education Project (CBSEP). During CBSEP tools were developed for dialogue-based teaching methods.
NORSAAC, Axis and a great number of stakeholders from CBSEP have researched on which areas to include in this project on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). The result is the Innovative Sexual Education Project (ISEP).
