NORSAAC has a staff of 11 full-time and two part-time employees. The organization has a large pool of 227 volunteers, with diverse backgrounds and expertise, including teachers, accountants, community focal persons and young people who serve mainly as peer educators. The volunteers also include foreign short-term interns who also contribute in website designing and management as well as project activity implementation.
